Returns and Exchanges
Your happiness is of upmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your order, please contact us within 14 days for refund or exchange. Send an email to email@example.com in order to receive return/exchange authorization. All return/exchange packages must be insured and provided with a tracking number. Unless an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. For exchanges, new shipping fees will not be charged. In the unlikely case your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible. Thank you for your business!
